Potter Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday, witches, wizards, and muggles!
In honor of the final Harry Potter film release, I've decided to make this Friday Favorites a Potter Favorites :)
Favorite book:  I'm going with HP and the Order of the Phoenix. Angsty Harry + incredibly loyal friends + secret society + fightin' the power! = classic coming of age story.

Favorite movie: I'm torn between HP & the Prisoner of Azkaban and HP & the Goblet of Fire.

Favorite character: Severus Snape is THE most interesting character. He's really beautiful and selfless and sad and confusing and funny and perfect.
"After all this time?"
"Always."

Favorite character to identify with: Hermione, duh. Overachieving, too smart for her own good, bossy, strong, crazy haired... Hell yeah.

Favorite theme: sometimes I forget the books are all about love; it's central to every character just like it is in real life.

"Ron and Hermione, however, are drawn to each other because they balance each other out. Hermione’s got the sensitivity and maturity that’s been left out of Ron, and Ron loosens up Hermione a bit, gets her to have some fun. They love each other and they bicker a bit, but they enjoy bickering, so we shouldn’t worry about it." -- J.K. Rowling
Saw this haha on a HP tumblr:

The difference between Lavender and Hermione:
Lavender sees Hermione innocently walking by with Ron. Gives death stare.
Hermione sees Lavender kissing the boy she’s secretly loved for years. Looks completely shattered.

Favorite quote: "To the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure."-- Albus Dumbledore.

Favorite song to get stuck in your head for days:

What I'm going to miss most after DH2: absolutely nothing. That's the wonderfulness of books and film; they connect with everything inside us. None of it ever really disappears. Art is eternal.

What are some of your favorite Harry Potter things/moments/characters/quotes?
Share them all with me so we can geek out :)
